The location and view was okay. Wasn't really noisy at night.

The room and bathroom were quite small though.

Location, close to the convention center, eith free bus shuttle.

Next to the main highway with audible traffic noise.

the breakfast! the rice was so good I can eat it on its own (I don’t normally do that)their staff is very friendly and accommodating too!I stayed here as it was near the location I needed to go to for a concert (Makuhari Messe) and this hotel has a free shuttle bus that I took for convenience.

The room was fine, the bed comfortable enough and the pillow alright. I stayed in a smoking room since it was the only available at the time I booked, although I am not a smoker, and actually the overall smoke smell was very minimal.

The shower head is quite small and not very good water pressure. The shower itself was very small, not easily able to move in it.

Sauna and spa

Bit far from train stations, but they will provide free shuttles to the main train station in the morning.

It was clean enough, but only just so. A decent place to spend a night in. Also offers a shuttle bus to Makuhari Messe and other points of attraction!The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The kettle looked like it was used to bash someone’s head in. The bathroom is very small - so small, in fact, that there is nowhere to put a shampoo bottle. The faucet was leaking.

The staff was really really nice and friendly. They helped me a lot. Not much amenities but they do keep everything clean and they also have a free onsen and sauna on the top level.

The smell of tabaco was quite noticeable in the corridors but it didn’t bother me in the room once I opened windows for a couple of hours

I liked that the hotel had an onsen and sauna in one. It was a new experience for me.

The elevators should be a bit bigger in the future, to accommodate more people especially in the morning.

The hotel is highly regarded for its affordability. The location and accommodations were nice and well-maintained.

Better if there is little bit space. And also water filters in each floor

This hotel is a business hotel in a quiet area and a 5-minute walk to a convenience store.There are shuttle bus service going to the Makihari Messe, Zozo Stadium and Kaihin Nakuhari station in the morning. It was about 1500 yen to the Zozo Stadium so it was easy access. Building and facilities are aged (like 40 years ), but it’s a good stay with a lovely Japanese breakfast. There is a hot spring, sauna and restaurant on the 10th floor. Very relaxing.

This hotel is a business hotel surrounded by big Love Hotels (like 5 of them). It’s a safe area, but be warned not to be shocked by the famous UFO hotel nearby!

The staff were friendly, although they didn’t provide useful information like the complimentary shuttle services available until I asked. The shuttle bus driver was extremely helpful and location is pretty convenient.

Onsen in the hotel was too hot and the showers in the onsen were too cold to bath in. Facilities could be better given the price.

The value for price is okay. It is a pretty economical hotel, and thus, do not expect too much. It is a 'normal' hotel, besides a highway, but it is surrounded by Love-Hotels.

Very small rooms and bathrooms.

It would be nice if the room was heated! Not recommended on winters!
